Position: Technical Customer Support Specialist
Work from home opportunity
Location: Remote – Nova Scotia and other eligible provinces
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.50/hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week; morning, afternoon or night shifts, with at least one weekend day required
This work-from-home position provides customer service and first-level technical support. Applicants require at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, a high school diploma, strong computer/technical skills, and a reliable hardwired home internet connection.
